Medicine Hat, AB - The Medicine Hat Tigers defeated the Red Deer Rebels 3-1 for their fifth straight home victory Sunday night.
Tigers rookie forward Emerson Etem scored two goals - his rookie leaque leading 18th and 19th - and added an assist to lead the Tigers to their 11th victory on home ice this season.
Also scoring for the Tigers, who led 3-0 at one point, was defenceman Tomas Kundratek with his first goal of the season.
Forward Linden Vey added two assists.
Medicine Hat goaltender Tyler Bunz (12-7-2-2) stopped 38 of 39 for his fourth win in five starts.
The Tigers scored all three of their goals on the power play, finishing 3 for 4, while Red Deer was 1 for 4 with the man advantage.
The Tigers next opponent is the Lethbridge Hurricanes on Tuesday, December 1st. Game time is 7:00pm (CST) and can be heard live on CHAT 94.5 fm at tigershockey.com or watched via webcast at livestream.whl.ca.

Looks like he will be out 4-6 weeks. Kruger mentioned that there was some slight tendon damage. If it takes longer than 4 weeks to heal he might miss playing for the czech's in the world junior tourney.
