Kale Kessey received a one game suspension for his hit on a Seattle Thunderbird player last Saturday night.
My initial reaction was that it was one of those borderline hits where he had the guy lined up but the Seattle Player turned at the last second. I didn't get a chance to view the replay, but I remember that Kessey was coming in fast.
Kessey received a 5 minute major for boarding and a game misconduct on the play.
The weekly updates came out today and the tigers have a couple injuries:

#17 Reid Petryk – Bruised Ribs – day to day
Tigers face off against the Everett Silvertips Tonight.
